‘An Orange in December’ celebrates the tradition of receiving an orange in your stocking for Christmas, a rare treat for Newfoundlanders not so many years ago. Dave Panting was commissioned to develop a new arrangement of Tchaikovsky's Nutcracker Overture for mandolin. Filmed in Winterholme and danced by newcomer, Ada Andrews, "An Orange at Christmas" is a virtual Christmas card for those at home and missing home this year.
